Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all blades are safely coiled and protected, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement bandsaw products within 5-7 business days.
